• Picking mushrooms (in vitznau) This event gives people the chance to experience pic

king switzerland mushrooms in a pine forest along the forest near Rigi mountain. Participants pay a 30 Sfr entrance fee.

Song-I Soup

RecipeIngredients: song-i mushroom 150g, meet stock 150g. Onions

RecipeIngredients: Song-I mushroom 100g, Shrimp 30g,

Shellfish 50g, Squid 50g, Spaghetti 400g, wine 30cc, garlic 10g, red pepper 10g, parsley powder 0.5g, parmesan cheese 30g, tomato sauce 100g, butter 50g, salt and pepper little.

Cooking method
