Overview This year the Kennedy Library will recognize 100 middle school students for the difference they have made in their communities through service projects. Principals, teachers, and counselors in Massachusetts middle schools are encouraged to identify up to two students per each middle school for this award. Eligibility All middle school students (grades 6-8) participating in unique community service projects are eligible. School personnel should give special consideration to students who have distinguished themselves through their service work. Awards will be given to the first 100 names submitted. (Please note that previous award winners are not eligible.) Deadline All submissions must be received by April 24, 2019 . The first 100 students identified will receive confirmation and an invitation to attend the 2019 Award Ceremony at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum in Boston.
