Omni Metalcraft Corp. LSDS1.9 Lineshaft Driven Conveyor
• The Slip-Torque conveyor is based on polished stainless steel shafts individually powered by flexible belts on a line shaft or by a continuous chain
• These stainless steel shafts are covered with segment-ed, loose-fit rollers, which become the conveyor surface
• It is the weight of the product being conveyed combined with the coefficient of friction between the shafts and the inside diameter of the rollers that provides the driving force
• As the weight of the product increases, there is a corre-sponding increase in the driving force supplied
• As products stop, the segmented rollers beneath them also stop, creating very low back pressure accumulation to reduce or eliminate product damage
• Up to 300 products per minute• Ideal for Front, Back, Wrap and 3-Panel applications• PLC control packages available• Stepper and Servo drive packages available• Q60 labeling heads with dispense speeds up to
2,200 in./min.• Heavy-duty stainless steel/aluminum design with
precision sealed bearings and pivoting peel plate• Redundant labeling heads for continuous non-stop
operation• Optional features include product alignment devices,
