Distribution Letter of Agreement

DISTRIBUTION LETTER OF AGREEMENT THIS LETTER OF AGREEMENT, “LOA” is made on the day of , 20 by and between Show Bill Publishing, a Missouri partnership located at 4514 N Gretna Rd. Branson, MO 65616, hereinafter referred to as “PUBLISHER”, and located at hereinafter referred to as “SHOW”. This LOA is for the production and distribution of the print product knows as Branson Show Bill, hereinafter referred to as “BOOK”. PUBLISHER agrees to produce the BOOK, and SHOW agrees to distribute the BOOK according to the following stipulations and conditions: TERMS

DELIVERY: PUBLISHER agrees to deliver a sufficient number of BOOKs to SHOW based upon this confidential estimation of the number of BOOKs necessary to match the attendance projections.

DISTRIBUTION: SHOW agrees to distribute a copy of BOOK to each and every audience member at each and every performance during the term of this LOA. SHOW agrees to exclusively distribute BOOK to the exclusion of any and all other publications or printed material to be distributed to any audiences during the term of this LOA. SHOW will be allowed four pages of space according to the following stipulations and conditions: PAGE DIMENSIONS SPECIFIED ON GRAPHIC BELOW: See your page dimensions and suggested uses below. The only page that has pre-determined content is the cover. PUBLISHER will provide the artwork for SHOW’s approval.

ARTWORK: SHOW will provide camera ready artwork for the other three unique pages located inside the BOOK. SHOW may include any content it wishes on these three pages subject to the final approval of PUBLISHER.

CONFIDENTIAL ATTENDANCE PROJECTIONS: PUBLISHER hereby agrees to keep completely confidential the attendance projections of SHOW for the periods listed on the back of this form.

CHANGES AND ALTERATION OF COPY: SHOW will be allowed to change the copy with each edition, such copy to be subject to the same stipulations contained within this LOA.

Welcome to the Hughes Brothers Theatre,

We continue to be deeply grateful for the many guests who come to Branson and choose to see our shows. After 17 years in Branson, our shows have evolved from being just the five Hughes Brothers to a cast of 50 (and counting)! USA Today stated that we are the “World’s Largest Performing Family!”

Our parents (Gary & Lena Hughes) decided to keep their five boys out of trouble by giving us music lessons. It wasn’t long before we joined them on the stage and performed for church dinners, shopping malls, and civic events. Soon Mom and Dad dropped out of the group, but they continue to support us behind the scenes even today.

Our lives have been centered in the performing arts . . . from winning classical vocal competitions to landing leading male roles in over 50 musicals such as West Side Story, Kismet, Kiss Me Kate, Oklahoma, South Pacific, Mame, Carousel, The Music Man,110 Degrees in the Shade and many more. For over 30 years, we’ve enjoyed performing many other styles of music together such as pop, country, jazz, rock & roll, and gospel in a wide range of arenas. But even more amazing is how we all managed to find such beautiful and talented wives. And you won’t believe what happened next…..kids, lots & lots of them…all somehow born to be on stage!

And here we are now, working not only on stage, but working together in every other aspect of our business as well. We love what we do and love the fact that our audiences seem to love it too. We hope you have the opportunity to experience both of our award -winning productions: “it” playing January through October was just awarded “2012 Entertainers of the Year” and the “Hughes Brothers Christmas Show” 4X winner of “Branson’s Best Christmas Show.” 2008-2011 BransonShowAwards.com
