Place a second snowflake punch on the other side of the thread. 6. Now pull apart the parts of the snowflake not glued together. 7. Continue alternating the pom-poms and snowflakes. 8. Make each drop as long or as short as you require. 9. Attach all drops to ribbon and hang over windows or doors. 1. Using the needle and clear thread take a pom-pom and thread through the middle of the pom-pom. 2. Punch out snowflakes with the Sullivan's punch from the mirror card. 3.
