What is XL Nation?

Why are we here?

• In 2001 inspired individuals, entrepreneurs, and business people had a vision for the future – referred to as Vision 2020 – where it was understood that the fulfilment on the UN Millennium Goals may not happen if left to local governments because of their limited remit; the world’s “movers and shakers” would have to be the ones to transcend local limitations – and unite globally to bring about change

• The positive social changes the Founding Members stood for was summarised in three words: “World Wide Wealth”; this includes such important causes as the eradication of hunger and poverty, sustainable living, human empowerment, and the experience of fulfilment available for all people: that every person can give and receive at their full potential – our definition of “Wealth”

• On 31 March 2008, the Founding Members formed XL Nation, “the Global Nation for World Wide Wealth, Connecting the World’s Change Makers”

• Today we have citizens around the world making a difference in their local and global communities, fulfilling and expanding the Founders’ vision

Who is involved?

• XL Nation has citizens of a variety of backgrounds, locations, professions and levels of success

• XL Nation attracts people that are committed to bringing about World Wide Wealth – this fundamentally means that our community is constituted by people whose life is about making a positive difference

their guests, run & managed by citizens – usually monthly and centred around a location or interest and attended in person, virtually (phone/internet), or both

• Closed meetings for XL Nation citizens and their guests, run & managed by citizens

• Focused meetings for people with particular interests to connect, share ideas and collaborate

• Annual XL Nation Day events, hosted in Bali in March and participated by citizens around the globe using the latest in technology

How does the nation work?

• Wealth Dynamics provides a set of profiling tools, concepts and principles that enable individuals and organisations to be in flow to create wealth naturally and sustainably

• This combination of deep, powerful connections forged by a common purpose with tools to accelerate our ability to contribute and receive fully creates a unique nation – one where literally anything is possible

What is the Purpose of the XL Nation Green Room?

A place for high performing Change Makers committed to World Wide Wealth to connect.

• Performers (Green Level) in the Wealth Spectrum are individuals that “love what they do and lead their team to flow”. These create wealth through their business team. Greens are building capital value and contributing significantly and tend to operate in the domain of millions.

• Conductors (Blue Level) in the Wealth Spectrum “have multiple teams and multiple streams”. Blues have Performers running their various businesses or investments. Their focus is on the larger promise of their enterprises and tend to operate in the domain of millions to billions.

Why Do People Join the Green Room?

People that Join the Green Room: Find themselves mentoring people when in a community setting –

and are looking for a place to connect with others at their level of performance

What kind of people are in the Green Room?

Mike Southon is one of the world’s top business speakers, a Fellow of The Professional Speakers Association. Mike is a Visiting Fellow in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at London South Bank University. He has made frequent appearances on television and radio, has a weekly column every Saturday in the Financial Times.

Michelle Clarke is the owner of a business development company Talent Dynamics. She’s been responsible for developing leaders in several companies and has led global teams, training and developing leaders in 22 countries and 55 cities around the world. She’s also and launched the UK charity StepUp to give local teenager's access to inspiring speakers and mentors.

I want to become a citizen, how do I do it?

Joining is simple: You’ve likely been invited to join by a current citizen – if so, they can sponsor

you Contribution is S$360SGD per annum (~£175GBP, ~€200EUR, ~$280USD,

~$280AUD) which is paid at the time of registration, and invoiced annually thereafter
