• New env variable TCACMPUSEPARTNUMBER to use the part number

Open manual

• In the xCompare main window, configuration window and analysis window,

click the "Show help" button to open the user manual.

Open report

• In the main dialog, the "Open selected report" button has been removed.

Now the report opens immediately when you choose it from the list box.

• Existing reports can be loaded through the Reports dialog.

Configuration editor

• The configuration editor automatically displays the document type containing

selected checks.

– Example:

If the configuration only contains checks

for V5|V5_Drawing and non for Part or

Product, the Drawing document type

is displayed after opening the configuration

editor.

Synchronize Views

• New "Synchronize Views"

button in the analysis

window for using of

Zoom, Pan, Center

graph, Reframe, "Fit All

In" etc. in synchronization

on both models

(reference and compare).– Scenario

• Load two models

• Split screen in CATIA

• Run xCompare

• Activate “Synchronize Views”

Check "Compare 3D Representation By Wireframe"

• Check "Compare 3D Representation By Wireframe" has a new option to show identical regions also for models with equal 3D representations.

– Example scenario

• Compare two models in batch mode

• Using the option “Create xCompare markups in batch mode” creates a result model with the marking elements

• Enabling the new option also creates a result model in case both models have equal 3D representations.

Check "Compare Model by Image"

• New algorithm in the check

"Compare Model by Image"

that creates sheet/view size

dependent images in higher

quality and shorter runtime.– To use this algorithm disable „Use

user defined image size“ and set a

defined Image quality.

– The option “Pixel Tolerance” allows

to ignore differences if there is at

least one identical black pixel within

the tolerance area (default=0).

Markups for the checks "Compare 3D Representation" and

"Compare 3D Representation By Wireframe"

• Markups are created under respective geometrical sets

Bug fixing

• "Pair Filters" for "Different & General Error" showed equal pairs as well

• Compare 3D Representation By Wireframe: Incorrect results for longer lines

• Compare Publications: Not all publications in the part were detected

• Compare Annotation Datums: "Datum Targets" were not compared (R26)

• Compare Annotation Notes: Incorrect results in report

• Compare Model By Image: Image was distorted when large input size of the image and

DPI value in Part and Product was used

• Compare Model By Image: Images were captured in parallel view instead of

perspective view for 3D parts and products.

• Compare 3D representation by Wireframe: Reframe On for the mark up regions are not

proper in Analysis window and Triangulation Dialog

• Crash fixed for Batch mode while using "Run" Keyword.
