LVhmzas, the Ix~rIian Gaming Regilatury Act (''IGRA'h au.rathorizes thc NIGC Chairman to issue civil fines for viotations sf the LGRA ?I IGC regulations, or tribal, regulations. orrlinxn-tnces, or rfiolutiorls approved by the NIGC' Chairman under 25 1I.S.C. Sections 2710,271 2; and 25 U.S.C. $ 2713(a)(1 f.

8. The Tribe agrees that it submitted the qumerly sta:cn~ents and fees for the Sky Dancer Casino for the 22008 calendar year to the NTGC in an wtirnely fashion.

8. The T r i h a p e s that the fililurc to submit quartmly statements and fee pnymcnts for its gazing upmtion in a timely fasflion is a violation of NXI';C rezulations.

Treasury and deiivcrcd to the NEGC wiihin thirty (30) days of the misscd deaifline.
