X-BIM CAD Browser
X-BIM CAD Browser…
…has been developed in order to make designing safer and
easier for you. 3D modeling was used in many design
bureaux even before BIM.
No expert design is possible without product data from
manufacturers. X-BIM CAD Browser allows you to use
specific TROX components and TROX air handling units
with your Revit or AutoCAD application.

Enter a product
name and start a
search
Select a product
by its name
Selecting a product type
Select a product
by its picture
Use one of these three options to
select a product 1
Selecting a product variant
Click on Product to open the Easy Product
Finder to configure a variant 2

Configure the
required variant using
the familiar Easy
Product Finder GUI

Click on to
transfer the selected
variant back to the
X-BIM CAD
Browser*

*You can only transfer variants for which there are geometry data in the Easy Product Finder.
Transferring data to a project

6 Use the specific product model for
your project. Connections, order
code, specification text and
technical data* are also transferred
to Revit.
*Which data is transferred exactly depends on the product.
Click on to transfer the
product variant to your current Revit
or AutoCAD project

selected X-CUBE air handling unit to
