Introduction

2009 Rockall Licensing Round– Acreage in the Rockall Basin is to be offered by the PAD – The round will open Q4 2008 and close Q2 2009

The Rockall Basin is extremely under explored, but offers significant prospectivity, within a vast area open for licensing

OHM and Hannon Westwood are offering the opportunity to significantly reduce the risk of the identified prospectivity ahead of the license round

OHM have again teamed up with a company that can provide local geological information and defined prospects

This ensure that OHM’s multi-client surveys are:– Correctly positioned for key prospectivity– Technically designed for the survey specific challenges.

Hannon Westwood is an Oil and Gas intelligence and consulting company, established in the UKCS for 15 years.

Through Hannon Westwood’s Gmatrix Ireland product, and Atlantic Margin knowledge, OHM have been able to target the key areas of prospectivity for the license round.

In order for OHM to deliver results in time for the license round, OHM would need a suitable level of pre-commitment by the end of August ‘08

Acquisition will commence in September ‘08 Results delivered early Q1 2009 70% will be invoiced upon agreement, with 30% upon delivery
