• Current Adobe Genesis Integration makes it easy for Adobe Analytics users to drill down to ClickTale Session Replays and Heatmaps with one click

• The new integration will makes Adobe Analytics segments the default metric for analyzing ClickTale’s visual in-page reports, and serves as a model for other partner applications.

• From November 2013, joint Adobe and ClickTale customers will have a new filter in all reports (including Session Replay & Heatmaps) to filter by Adobe Analytics segments.

• The integration applies to both ClickTale Core (desktop traffic) and ClickTale Touch (mobile web).
