WHERE CAN I GO Your stay must take place within the 32 participating countries (excl. Denmark,
the Faroe Islands and Greenland) Your stay may take place in:
Private or public companies
NGOs
National diplomatic representations (embassy and consulate)
Training centres
Research centres Your stay must NOT take place in:
European Union institutions
Organisations managing EU programmes

REQUIREMENTS:
The duration of your stay must be from 2-12 months You need prior approval from your board of studies (as a rule minimum 20 ECTS
per semester) You need to fill in a Learning Agreement for Traineeships with info on the
company, your duties, number of ECTS received and signed by all parties:

Your academic supervisor/board of studies at AU You MUST have an liability, accident and health insurance (AU cannot cover
you) Remember to contact the SU office at AU if you receive SU before you go
abroad

Find and organize your placement Check out the application deadlines Fill in the application form AND the Learning Agreement forTraineeships (signed
by all parties) Apply for the Erasmus internship grant before you start your internship After the deadline you will receive a confirmation from the International Centre.
If you are granted funding you will receive a contract by e-mail, that you will need to sign and return
