STYLE.COM
BCBG MAX AZRIA KIMBERLY OVITZ CUSHNIE ET OCHSBCBG MAX AZRIA KIMBERLY OVITZ CUSHNIE ET OCHS
STYLE.COM STYLE.COM- sporty, but still sexy & flirty
- finale looks were a little too busy
- not as tightly focused as most
recent resort collection
- the mood was dreamy & somber
- repetitive, yet graceful
- hints of utilitarianism, rather than
structured essentials
- doll theme was a nice change
- very different color scheme than
previous palettes
- sexy space-age wear
WWD WWD WWD- pretty silhouettes, but
needlessly complicated
- mixture of already established
trends
- focused trend will not promise
success
- subtly chic with a savvy shot of
sex appeal
- moody minimalism
- looks were very interesting, yet
wearable
- overall, a focused collection
- very strong & charming looks
- fine balance between very sexy &
very chic
K.K.-bcbg has come back, yet again
with looks that you’ve already
seen before
-unoriginal, and it seems almost
copied from somewhere
-they seem to have taken the
trend forecasters too literally
K.K. K.K.-clever draping added a sensitive
touch
-no prints. this made the palette
stark and straight forward.
however, spring is supposed to be
exciting and experimental, and i
felt the absence of prints bring
down the spring flair
-flattering silhouettes, bringing out
an underlying sex appeal
-extremely playful silhouettes
brought nostalgia to every ex-
barbie loving viewer
-bright colors added excitement and
thrill, which is something that is not
typical of cushnie et ochs
-while the dresses were enticingly
playful, they also had a mature
underlay of radiating sexiness

K.K. K.K.K.K.-a little more rough than what one
would expect from a cynthia
rowley spring collection
-however, the stark, harsh prints
bring on a sense of appropriate
emotion

on the embellishments was
captivating
-extremely feminine & wonderful

high gladiator boots underscored it
-strung with bits of danger & power
WWD WWD WWD-intricate layering of airy fabrics cut

to detail
-delicate, ethereal & wonderful
-beautiful, but not entirely
wearable
-southern-belle feel with yards of

sequin called for a disjointed
presentation their best
-polished metal embroidery gave it
a sexy vixen look
-woven, braided, macramé touches
added a crafty, navajo feel
-effort for newness looked forced &
tricky
-the collection resembled a
concoction of navajo meets
egyptian princess meets gladiator
-this collection seduced the
audience with teasing cut-outs on
their well-known form fitting
silhouette
-however, the colors seemed a bit
grim for a spring collection
-psychedelic prints were far from
wang’s usual traditional approach
-the collection was bold and
beautifully cohesive
-however, it lacked a real sense of
wearability
-this season, badgley mischka
