When I was about 6 years old I heard that I was going to be a big sister. So

I decided to move away! When I say move away I really mean run away. So I put on my Dorothy costume and red sparkly shoes, packed my Barbie doll and got ready to go. I also packed my Elmo pj’s just in case I wanted to get warm.

Just before I was about to leave my parents asked me why I was walking

outside with my suitcase. I said that I am running away because there is room for only one kid in our house and that was me. And if it didn’t stay that way then I would have to leave. I also told them that I was highly allergic to babies and that they aggravated my asthma. Then I set out and began my journey.

I only got to the end of my driveway before I got homesick. So I went to the

back door of my house. I asked my parents if I could come back in the house. I guess that I could try being a big sister. That is the story of when I found out I would be a big sister.
