Complaint: not satisfied with the goods or services he/shepays for
Steps in writing a complaint letter1) know the reader
2) Never write in anger
3) Never wait more than a week
4) Type, dont write
5) Know who you are addressing: e.g. To whom it mayconcern, Dear Mr. Saleh
6) Be direct
7) Drive home your facts, be professional8) Dont embellish, say as the fact
9) Explain what you accomplish, but dont be unrealistic
10) Tell your planning if your complaint will not be addressed
