Class Descriptions Ab Attack - This session concentrates on strengthening and toning the Abdomen and surrounding muscles. Easy, medium and harder options are provided throughout. Aqua Aerobics - Exercise to music in waist or shoulder level water. A low impact workout with very little stress on joints. Suitable for all abilities including pre and post natal mothers. Please note that buoyancy belts are provided for deep water sessions. Beginners Zumba - This is a latin inspired, calorie- burning, dance fitness party workout. Every single dance will be broken down slowly step by step, so that it is easy to follow. Cardio Tennis - This is a fun, sociable workout set to music on a tennis court. In 60 minute tennis inspired workout you will tone key muscle groups, improve fitness and coordination and burn around 600 calories. Previous tennis skills are not essential, you will learn as you go along and it doesn’t matter if balls land in or out! Core Blast - This 15 minute class has been designed to complement your existing fitness programme and will help build core strength and tone abs! Exercise on Referral - This is a referral only class. Please speak to reception for further information. Express Workout - If you want a really effective total body workout but have limited time - this is the workout for you.Completed in just 30 minutes you will work every muscle group helping to reduce inches and tone all areas. Fitness Yoga - This class consists of a flowing sequence of stretches to improve flexibility, posture, balance and relaxation. GRIT™ - LES MILLS GRIT™ is an intense workout that will change from one week to the next between Cardio, Strength and Plyo options. All abilities welcome. GRIT™ Cardio - LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout combining high impact body exercises using no equipment. This class maximises your calorie burn (burning up to 750 calories) and helps burn fat for hours afterwards! All abilities welcome. GRIT™ Plyo - LES MILLS GRIT Plyo™ is an intense plyometric-based workout that gets results fast! Combining the principles of plyometrics and power agility training, these sessions will build a powerful, agile and athletic body. All abilities welcome. GRIT™ Strength - LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbells, weight plates and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. All abilities welcome. Group Cycling - This class involves a workout on a static bike and may include hill climbs and sprint formats. The intensity can be adjusted to suit the exerciser so is suitable for all abilities. Set to music this class is great for burning fat and will leave you feeling energised and de-stressed! Keep Fit - A low impact class that helps improve general fitness, flexibility, strength, posture and range of movement. Kettlebells - A Kettlebell class offers a different kind of training using dynamic movements which target almost every aspect of fitness; endurance, strength, balance, agility as well as giving you a great cardiovascular workout! Suitable for all abilities as you can work at your own pace. Kettlercise® - Kettlercise® covers a huge range of 37 kettlebell exercises ranging from basic moves to more advanced techniques. Class DescriptionsAb Attack - This session concentrates on strengthening and toning the Abdomen and surrounding muscles. Easy, medium and harder options are provided throughout.

Beginners Zumba - This is a latin inspired, calorie-burning, dance fitness party workout. Every single dance will be broken down slowly step by step, so that it is easy to follow.

Cardio Tennis - This is a fun, sociable workout set to music on a tennis court. In 60 minute tennis inspired workout you will tone key muscle groups, improve fitness and coordination and burn around 600 calories. Previous tennis skills are not essential, you will learn as you go along and it doesn’t matter if balls land in or out!

Class TypeOur classes are open to everyone and cater for all fitness levels as you can work at your own pace. We do allow children aged 11 - 15 to attend classes ticked as suitable for that age. Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years. We only permit 2 children per 1 adult.

We have colour coded our classes as follows

Blue - High intensity workout that will raise your heart rate, burn calories and improve aerobic fitness.

Red - High intensity workouts designed to improve your strength.

Orange - conditioning workout designed to improve muscle tone.

Yellow - Dance based workouts.

Grey - functional training designed to strengthen core muscles of the abdomen and lower back.

Purple - Lower intensity workouts designed for those new to exercise, over 50’s and those with limited mobility.

We also have specific pre and post natal exercise classes as well as classes designed specifically for anyone referred to our exercise on referral scheme (GP referral).

Green - Holistic classes that help improve flexibility, posture and general well being.
