Salar de Uyun located in Bolivia is the largest salt flat in the world. After the first rain these lake becomes highly reflective creating an illusion or sky merging with earth. Its one of the favorite haunt for photographers who throng here to capture amazing shots of reflections and mirror images of landscapes. Its technically the planets biggest mirror. The region also has abundant lithium deposits which are used to make batteries.
