Christina Sevilla is Deputy Assistant U.S. Trade Representative for Small Business, Market Access and Industrial Competitiveness at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, Executive Office of the President. She develops and coordinates trade policy related to small and medium-sized enterprises and also works on the National Export Initiative which aims to double U.S. exports by the end of 2014 and support U.S. jobs. She has been responsible for USTR’s private sector advisory committee system established by Congress to advise the USTR, the President, and other Executive Branch agencies on trade issues. She has served as U.S. head of delegation for the Free Trade Area of the Ameri-cas Civil Society Committee, and has also served on U.S. delegations to the World Trade Organization (WTO), Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), and U.S. bilateral Free Trade Agreements (FTAs). She speaks around the country and abroad to private sector groups, state and local associations, universities, think tanks and other non-governmental
organizations regarding the U.S. trade agenda.
