Project Overview

• Project supported the Institute of Museum and Library

Services (IMLS) through a 2013 Laura Bush 21st Century

Librarian Program (LB21) grant.

• CTG will bring together thought leaders from public library,

academia, government, open government, and other

organizations to explore the ways public libraries can enable

open government within their communities.

• Outcomes include actionable models to guide public libraries

and local governments as they work together to support and

enhance open government and transparency initiatives.

• Project runs through September 2014.
