WORKPLACE
A good, modern workplace is a space in which
everyone feels valued and comfortable. The value is
in the happiness of each individual employee is as
important as the goals of the company. The result
should be a form of partnership: both the company
and the employee benefit from the relationship and
their needs are treated equally.
PRODUCTIVITY
WELLNESS
FLEXIBILITY
Modern work spaces encourage not only interaction
within small teams, but between people who otherwise
might never have a chance to connect. When workers are
physically and mentally healthy, absenteeism is reduced.
Features that improve emotional comfort and wellbeing are the
strategies that are really attracting employees and enabling them
to be productive and creative. Including green spaces, letting in
natural light, and providing inspiring views are office design
strategies that are making a big impact.
Allowing general work arrangements
or flexible working hours can be a way to ensure
your employees' are stress-free. When an employee
is enjoying a flexible work schedule, they're more
likely to find job satisfaction and a greater work/life
balance.

WELLNESS PRODUCTIVITY
Although these two workplaces have distinct design intents, the underlying design is similar which is a modern environment that emphasizes on productivity, wellness, and flexibility for the employees. The accommodations for work spaces ranges from private individual spaces such as phonebooths and conference rooms to collaborative workspaces where the employees can engage with others to assure the individuals are working in their preferred setting. Creating an innovative design where the users feel physically and psychologically healthy brings the utmost outcomes from the employees.
• Design a space where productivity is enhanced by forcing
interaction through distance from each area promoting collaboration
and letting the consumer have user control.
• Design a space where wellness is incorporated through natural
elements including materials, plant life, and even physical activities.
• Design a space where flexibility is accommodating for the users.
Must have public, semi public, and private areas. Ergonomic
