How to CREATE USERS in WINDOWS CLIENT OPERATING SYSTEM…

Log on to computer as Administrator. Open ‘Computer Management’ in ‘Administrative Tools’ by ‘All Programs’ in ‘Start Menu’.

In the Computer Management window there will be an icon named Users and Groups. Also there will be two folders in it named as Users and Groups.

When we click on the users’ folder, we see all of the users available on computer.

In the middle pane, Right Click on empty space and then choose ‘New User’.

In the new user dialog box, type the user name, his full name and description of new user.

Also type password of the new user, if someone don’t want to use password then make this field blank.

Click on ‘MEMBER OF’ tab to view that the user is a part of which group i.e. Administrator or Guest etc.

Close all the open windows and then log off windows and then open the user account that you have created.

In the password box, type a new password for the user account and then click OK. The password of the user account will be changed. Then click OK and we after some seconds see our desktop.
