The goal is to assist in the rapid attachment of the Non-Custodial Parent and Ex-Offender to the workforce through a job placement and retention program

• Employer selection is critical• Market to small and mid-size employers• Identify industries with high turnover – clients with criminal
records cannot change jobs for an extra 25 cents per hour • Constant follow-up by job developers and employment
counselors is critical• Know what convictions each client has on his/her record• Typical industries open to hiring ex-offenders include:
Construction, Light Industrial, Manufacturing, Logistics and Warehousing
