COMPUTER MAIN PARTS
El computador se conforma por dos partes fundamentales la cuales son: SOFTWARE Y HARDWARE.
SOFTWARE: The virtual part of the computer, more exactly the programs that are installed as the Windows or Word.Software is divided into two kinds that are operating system-resident programs. When you are speaking of MS-DOS, Windows, Apple, among others we are talking of an operating system and when it comes to Microsoft Office, Open Office, Corel Draw, AutoCAD, among others you are talking of a resident program which is mounted on the operating system which allows operation.
HARDWARE: it is physical or tangible computer part, it is all that you can see or touch like the keyboard or mouse and is the hardware or physical part we can see in the pictures in more detail.
HARDWAREIt refers to all physical parts of a computer system; its components are: electrical, electronic, electromechanical and mechanical.
COMPONENTS OF HARDWARE :1)The microprocessor
2)Memory RAM
3)Mouse
4)Keyboard
5)Hard Disk
6)Monitor
7)Mother Board
8)CD-Rom y CD-RW
THE MICROPROCESSOR
Or just the micro, is the brain of the computer. It is a chip, a type of electronic component inside which there are thousands (or millions) of elements called transistors, whose combination allows work that is entrusted with the chip.
MEMORY RAM
It comes from Random Access Memory (Random Access Memory). RAM is where the computer stores information while processed. It is a fundamental component of the PC.
MOUSE
a pointing device is used to facilitate the handling of a graphical environment on a computer (PC). It is usually made of plastic, and used with one hand. Detects relative movement in two dimensions by the flat surface on which it rests, usually reflected by a pointer or arrow on the monitor.
KEYBOARD
In computing, a keyboard is an input device or device, partly inspired keyboard typewriters, which uses an arrangement of buttons or keys, to act as mechanical levers or electronic switches that send information to the computer. After the punch cards and paper tape, interaction via teleprinter-style keyboards to became the primary means of input for computers. The keyboard has keys 99 to about 147, and is divided into four blocks:
HARD DISK
The (Hard disk) drive, also called fixed disk drive is the repository of the computer, where all program files are stored to be used and their results. A hard drive is measured in several ways, including:
MONITOR
is the primary output device (interface), showing data or information to the user.
MOTHERBOARD
It is fundamental to build any PC desktop or laptop part. Has installed a series of integrated circuits, including integrated auxiliary (chipset) circuit, which serves as a hub between the microprocessor (CPU), random access memory (RAM), expansion slots and other devices is .
DVD Y CD-ROM
The CD-ROM is no longer an optional accessory to become an integral part of our computer, without which we could not even install most of the software that currently exists, to say nothing of all the multimedia programs and games .
SOFTWARE
The virtual part of the computer, more exactly the programs that are installed as the Windows or Word.Software is divided into two kinds that are operating system-resident programs. When you are speaking of MS-DOS, Windows, Apple, among others we are talking of an operating system and when it comes to Microsoft Office, Open Office, Corel Draw, AutoCAD, among others you are talking of a resident program which is mounted on the operating system which allows operation.
DIVISION
OPERATING SYSTEM: the operating system is the core part of the software is that it allows any other software or program to run on your computer
RESIDENT PROGRAMS: the resident programs are running at once that the computer turns on
