• Develop Workface Planning Execution Strategy for project

• Determine systems, tools, organization – Determine how Workface Planning Principles will be implemented

– Roles and Responsibilities specific to Workface Planning– Align key stakeholders

• Include Workface Planning requirement in Contracts

• Define startup sequence of units
