WHERE IS SPAIN?• Spain is in the Iberian

peninsula (in thesouthwest of Europe).

• It is a parliamentarymonarchy

• The King is Felipe XI,the Queen, Leticia,and the gobermentpresident is MarianoRajoy.

GEOGRAPHY I

• Spain is divided inautonomous community,an this, in provinces.There are 17 autonomouscommunity and 2autonomous cities, and 50provinces. There are 15communities in theIberian peninsula, one inthe Mediterranean sea,another in the atlanticocean and 2 cities inAfrica.

it is enclosed by many montains. Canarias are avolcany islands. In Canarias is the bigestmontain of Spain (Teide).

SPANISH

• In Spain and in almost all of Southamerica, theofficial lenguage is Spanish. The spanish is alatine lenguaje and it has existed since 1000 or1100. English is the second lenguaje of Spainand French is the third. There are more than400 millions of Spanish native, it is the secondleguaje in the world respect of the numbers ofspeakers. In Spain there are another threeofficial lenguajes: Galician, in Galicia; Euskera,in Pais Vasco; Catalan, in Cataluña.

SPANISH FOODThe gastronomy in Spain is very varied anddelicious. We have many food:

- “Gazpacho”.

- Potatos omelettes.

- Madrid’s boiled.

- “Paella”.

GEOGRAPHY I• Andalusia has 8 provinces: Almeria, Granada, Málaga,

Cádiz, Huelva, Sevilla, Córdoba and Jaén.

• The capital is Sevilla.

• Sevilla, Cordoba and Jaén are the provinces that don’thave beach.

• Andalusia has the Guadalquivir’s Valley, in themiddle, Mountains Morena in the north andMountain Chain Bética in the south. The tallestmountain is the Mulhacén in Mountain Chain Béticain Granada.

ANDALUCIAN

• Andalucian is the dialect which we speak. It isa derivation from Spanish. It is only spoken inAndalusia and all Spain knows its. The dialectis very simple, we only reduce the words andwe try to conect the last syllable of a wordwith the first syllable of the next word forspeak faster and easily.

HISTORY

• It is the oldest secundary school in DosHermanas.

• In this school, there are secundary educationand “bachillerato” for teens (in the mornings)and for adults (in the afternoom) and otherstypes of studied.
