Top four commonly used Admissions terms
Application Grouping - (formerly Admissions Cohort)An Application Grouping ties together all incoming applications for an academic unit, level and period to facilitate processing. Application groupings are split into pools to quickly assign applications to reviewers.
Fast Path -Fast Path is a streamlined approach to moving applications for admission from submission to matriculation as quickly as possible.
Matriculation -Matriculation process moves students from Applicant to Student stage.
New Student Onboarding Event -The New Student Onboarding Event is a business process to onboard students to the College after the matriculation process.
Configuration for the event may include: ● Inbox items to welcome the student ● Review documents (i.e. College Policies and Procedures)● Student self-service tasks “TO DOs”● Student Residency Event

❖ After selecting “Notify Me Later”, you will be able to name your report and select your choice of output.
❖ Choosing “Microsoft Excel” as the output will allow you to have a document that can be updated with comments.
❖ The complete report will appear in the notification bell icon.

Student Contact Info on RosterFaculty course rosters will display information similar to what they currently view in pantherweb. In addition, faculty can download their roster to Excel.

Assign Final GradesTo assign final grades, faculty will choose their assigned course sections, and from there, select the grades by using a drop down menu and then submit.
