Purchasing Training Classroom and Virtual Training - Classroom and Virtual training can be purchased at a cost of $600USD per day of classroom instruction and $300USD per day of virtual instruction per student.
These trainings can also be purchased at a cost of 1 training credit per day of classroom instruction per student; 1/2 training credit per day of virtual instruction per student. The advantage of training credits is they can be purchased in bulk at a discount. Training credits are good for one year after the purchase date. The discount table is shown below:

Self-Service Training -The Workday Adoption Toolkit (WAT) is a subscription service. The cost of the toolkit is calculated by multiplying the number of employees times $.50 and then adding $5,000 per subscription year. The minimum subscription length is the number of remaining years on your Workday license. For example, if you have 25,000 employees and 3 years remaining on your Workday license, your price would be (.50 x 25,000) + 5,000 = $17,500 per year x 3 = $52,500
