The Els for Autism Work Experience program is for adults with autism and other related disabilities ages 18+ who have completed high school with a goal of paid employment and to work independently at the completion of the community-based work experience program. Program applicants must be customers of Vocational Rehabilitation with On the Job Training listed on their Individualized Employment Plan.
