One cannot achieve an aim unless he has a method ZAKS is a production house with the necessary infrastructure to process the yarn to a finished garment. The company houses "state-of-the-art" machineries and latest technologies to achieve an effective production of 3000 Units / day in garments. It also has a fabric knitting capability of 2000 kgs /day. The shop floors are ergonomically designed, complying with the assembly line production methods. Every process, right from the procurement till packing, is meticulously planned and executed until it reaches the customer. Every customer of ZAKS enjoys the value addition it offers in every product that it delivers through the supply chain. INFRASTRUCTURE :
Our company has upgraded its infrastructure to stay in tune with changing times and trends in the international garment business. And that has helped us to maintain international quality standards in garment production.

DYEING PROCESS : All our process are done only in the softflow processing method . We take good care that the Harmful dye substances are not used during the Fabric dyeing process. Any type of shades are possible and we use only eco friendly dyes and chemicals.
TEAM ZAKS : SAMPLING : Our sampling team is well equipped and we have a dedicated work force to execute all the samples as per to cater the Needs of Our Valuable Buyers. Our Sample Makers know the importance of the Perfect sampling and at the right time delivery as the sample decides the order execution . PRODUCTION: Excellence Assembled - 6000 units / day
The garmenting unit is equipped with modern machineries for all the processes like cutting, sewing, embroidery and finishing. ZAKS specialize in both basic and fashion garments. The emphasis is on every detail of the product and the testing ensures the consistent quality of garments. With the right blend of technology and team work, ZAKS has always delivered beyond the customers' expectations in making world class garments.
FINISHING :
The finishing unit comprises of vacuum pressing table, packing facilities and we provide quality packing as per the requirements of our buyer. The advantage of being a composite unit with in-house Knitting, Embroidery, finishing allows us strict control of quality with utmost care at all stages of production laid down in the business. Due to this strong company policy we take utmost care that each and every garment manufactured.

From sourcing of fabric to final finishing, each production stage is monitored by our well experienced Quality Control Managers to ensure that you get high quality, zero defects garments as per your exact specifications. We have an experienced quality control management & imported machinery like Pegasus, Brother which have jelled into a seamless pattern to allow us to produce the best garments .
