PBC, PPP and Road Management
• Road condition is a key indicator of the roads agency efficiency
• PBC and PPP have been used to improve the condition of road networks (also to expand)
• A new tool can help road agencies and policy makers to assess the future condition of a road network as a function, inter alia, of funds available: RONET
