• UDC = Unified Digital Campus• Approach to align WPI’s business processes

to its strategic goals • Greater than “just Banner” or technology in

general• Ongoing activity embedded in how we do

business• “it doesn’t end”

better thru a new process or change of an existing one

• Needs Assessments in each business unit– English identify “new” technology to use to better serve the business

• Strategic Process Mapping Exercises for all business units– English map how we are doing business v. our strategic goals

• Top initiatives identified– English Governance has identified the top “projects” and set a priority for each

needed”– Two types:

• Hands-on technical training for IAs, advanced users• Hands-on operational training for Administrative
