The Woodland PTO will be holding its next meeting on Monday , January 13th at 6:30 pm in the Wood- land LMC. All parents are welcome and free childcare is provided. The 5th grade music and 5th grade band concert will be held on Tuesday, January 14th at 6:30 pm. On Friday, January 24th, all intermediate students will be released at 11:20 am. Woodland Intermediate School parent/teacher conferences will be held on Wednesday, January 29th and Thursday, January 30th. A note was sent home with your child this week that contains the link and code for your child’s homeroom teacher. Specials teachers will be available in their classrooms for drop-in conferences. Note: If you are scheduling more than one child please leave a buffer between appointments. Woodland skate night at Skate City will be held on Tuesday, January 21st from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. As we approach the end of the second quarter, please be aware that the “Grades” tab in Infinite Cam- pus will be closed to parents starting on January 17th and opening again on January 28th after 5:00 pm. Closing the “Grades” tab allows teachers the opportunity to enter student grades and create the pro- gress reports. On January 28th you can access your child’s report card via Infinite Campus. Please note that when reviewing your student’s report card, teacher comments do not show up in the portal when looking at the main Grades screen. They do, however, if you access the Reports screen. From there, you can generate a report card in pdf format that will have all the comments. If you need to set up your parent portal account in Infinite Campus, please click here. The Box Top competition is on, so keep saving those box tops! More information will be coming soon! We want to ensure parents of young children (age 0-5) in our District are on our mailing list, so
you can receive information relative to your child’s age group, such as early childhood screening
information or 4K and 5K registration information. We also need to have information for all

Birth years of 2015 and earlier are eligible to participate. Register early to request and ensure a spot on a roster with your friends as registration will
close when team rosters are full.

a competitive, educational yet fun environment? Our Academy program offers a higher level of commitment
through advanced training and development models.
Kids born in 2010- 2013, who have already been introduced to soccer and
love it, are encouraged to join. Practices are 2 nights a week and games are on
Saturdays.

Intramural Schedule 2019-20 The intramurals program at Woodland Intermediate is designed to provide our students opportunities to participate in a variety of activities. Children will create memorable moments spending time with friends, developing new friendships, learning new skill sets, and growing their leadership and teamwork ability. All intramurals are 3-4 pm except wrestling which ends at 4:30.
