customer service. We are a dedicated team who take greatpleasure in making sure our visitors have a truly memorable holiday.

Set in forty acres of parkland overlooking miles of stunningcoastline from Bude toTrevose Lighthouse, and rollingcountryside inland, we are just one and three quarter miles from

the main sandy surfing beaches of Bude and only a gentle strollaway from the picturesque village of Poughill (pronounced Poffle),with its old post office, church and village pub.

Here atWooda Farm you will find everything to make a perfectCornish holiday, with many activities on offer making it ideal forthe whole family. You will find plenty of colourful flowerbeds, wellkept lawns and peace and quiet - time to relax, unwind andenjoy!

We have a variety of fifty five luxuryholiday homes situated within thePark. All the homes are set in lovely landscaped

gardens and have adjacent parking facilities.Most haveexcellent sea views over Bude Bay and countryside, withplenty of space for young children to play safely.

All our holiday homes are designed and fitted for your pleasure andconvenience. They have either two bedrooms (sleeps up to 5) orthree bedrooms (sleeps up to 6), and are completely serviced withshowers,WC’s, and some with hip baths. Each home has a fully

fitted kitchen, gas cooker and hob, heaters, refrigerator,colourTV and a comfortable lounge/seating area, separated fromthe kitchen/dining area.

Top of the range models offer Freeview, 20”TV , DVD and video players, CD/radioplayer, hairdryers and patio furniture. Pillows and duvets/blankets are providedbut you will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers. Theviews from the homes are outstanding, providing a backdrop of spectacularsunsets over the Atlantic Ocean.

The pitches atWooda are mostly level, closely mown andvery generous in size.Many have electrical hook-ups. Inaddition,we have individually screened pitches with drainage

and electric/water hook-ups, some also offering aTV point. Theyare all hardstanding and most have excellent views.

We have modern toilet and shower blocks (one heated), all withfree hot water, showers and hairdryers. One toilet block offersfacilities for the disabled and another has a well equippedchildren's bathroom and baby changing facilities. There are alsoprivate family bathrooms available for hire, a covered dishwashingarea and two coin operated laundries. Close by are the Park’spayphone and post box.

Touring Caravans & Tents

We offer caravan storage throughout the year. You can leave yourtouring caravan in storage for a summer and a winter season,with the added benefit of undercover storage if required. Pleaserefer to the touring/camping tariff for prices.

We also offer two idyllic cottages for rentall year round.Tregea and Brambles bothhave their own private gardens and

parking area and each has an exceptional panoramicview of the Cornish coast.They are fully equippedwith a fully fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washingmachine, tumble dryer, microwave, CD/Radio player,hairdryer and Freeview. Patio tables and chairs are provided, along with bed linen. Both bungalows are centrally heated during the

winter months.Tregea sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a separatedining room and lounge. Brambles sleeps 7 with 4 bedrooms, one of which isen-suite, bathroom, lounge and kitchen diner. Tregea and Brambles make anideal setting for your Cornish holiday, whether it is walking the coastal path,cycling, surfing or just relaxing.

Our on-site shop provides a wide range of popular groceriesincluding fresh rolls, newspapers, books, postcards and souvenirs.We have a variety of beers and wines and offer an icepack service

too.Our Courtyard Bar, which used to be the farm’s milking parlour,provides excellent home cooked cuisine or just come and relax with adrink in the peaceful courtyard setting. If you prefer, take-away meals can beenjoyed in your own accommodation fromThe Lodge. Play pool or tabletennis in ourTV and games room, or unwind in our orchard gardensoverlooking the Bush valley. Lodge take-away

Take a walk down the farm lane; enjoy a variety of wildflowers in the hedgerows and take in the stunning viewsacross the valley and beyond. Here you can meet Candy,

Chocolate,Toffee, Fudge and Buttons, our goats, chickens and ourfriendly lambs. Stroll down the woodland walk (great forbirdwatchers), and spot the 'little folk'! Try your hand at tennis,badminton, archery or clay pigeon shooting or simply while awayyour time fishing beside the lake.

Tractor and trailer rides are a great favourite, while Mums andDads can test their skill on the nine hole short golf course(Equipment is available at reception - no use of own clubs).

Park Amenities

The play area will entertainchildren of all ages. Here you willfind Daisy the cow, Corky thecockerel, andTrevor the tractor, anadventure playground and aspacious area for ball games.

There is truly something foreveryone here atWooda Farm Park.(Some activities restricted according to demand.)

Park RulesParents are responsible for the supervision of theirchildren on the Park and in use of the Park facilities

Skateboards, scooters and rollerblades are notpermitted.

Bicycles must be ridden with care on the Park.Anyone causing danger to others will be banned fromriding.

Ball games must not be played in the vicinity of anyaccommodation, caravan or tent.

We ask everyone to respect other visitors on thePark and keep noise levels down between 11pm and7am.

No commercial vehicles accepted.

Premier Screened Pitches (10m x 11m)Extra large individual pitch, water tap, water connection, wastewater point and electric hook-up 10 amps maximum. These areall weather pitches, some with TV aerial point. Early booking isessential. Reservations must be for a minimum of 7 days & runfrom Fri/Sat/Sun to Fri/Sat/Sun from 25th July to 1st September.

Electric Hook-Ups (10m x 10m)Grass pitches. Connection uses the European 16 amp plugsystem, with 10 amp maximum output (BS4343connectors). Maximum heater 1kw

Care of PitchesPlease lift awning ground sheets every other day to avoiddamaging the grass. Bookings for more than two weeksmust be on hardstanding pitches.

Touring and Camping Reservations Your pitch will not be available until noon on thebooked day of arrival and must be vacated by10.30am on the day of departure. We reserve theright to re-let pitches if not claimed by 6pm unlessprior arrangements have been made with us. No allmale, all female or large parties permitted. BookingsProvisional bookings made by telephone will becancelled after 7 days if not confirmed in writing witha deposit. If your dates have been booked by the timewe receive your confirmation we will refund yourdeposit. For any bookings confirmed with payment bytelephone, you automatically accept the terms andconditions when the monies are taken. Number in PartyWe allow a maximum of 6 people per pitch. If parties

are larger, then two pitches must be booked. Tentsover 8 sqm will also require two pitches to be booked.Alterations to Bookings Once your booking has been confirmed, any change,however small, will incur a £5 administrative charge.BalanceTouring and camping balances to be paid on arrival.Failure to arrive will result in you being liable forpayment of the full balance. No refund will be givenagainst reduction of dates booked or earlydeparture. RequestsWe will try but we are unable to guaranteeallocation of specific pitches. Dogs Dogs must be kept on a lead (not exceeding 2 metres)at all times and exercised in the dogs field provided.

They must not be left unattended at any time. Weregret we do not allow the following breeds –Alsatian, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Doberman,Bull Mastiff, Pit Bull Terriers and crosses of same. Amenities Some amenities may be restricted, according todemand, at the beginning and end of the season. VATVAT is included at the current rate. CancellationsCancellations must be put into writing. If a confirmedbooking is cancelled and we are unable to re-let thepitch the customer may be liable to pay theoutstanding balance. The deposit paid is non-refundable. We regret the weather conditions arebeyond our control, and cannot refund any monies ifyou cancel your booking due to the weather.

General Conditions The Company and its employees accept no liability for anyaccident, injury, loss or damage to any persons orproperty occupying or using any part of the park, howevercaused. Any person in breach of the booking terms,conditions or park rules may, at the discretion of themanagement, be asked to leave immediately. No refundwill be given. Any person causing offence to other guestsat the park may, at the discretion of the Management, beasked to leave immediately. No refund will be given.

The decision of Wooda Farm Holiday Parkon all the above will be final.

Eden Project, and the pretty fishing villages of Boscastle andPort Isaac while a little further down the coast, Padstow isthe largest of the north coast harbours. Closer still arenumerous other villages worth a visit, such as Morwenstow- the location of the National Trust’s smallest property -Hawker’s Hut!

DirectionsFrom the M5 at Exeter, take the A30 towards Okehampton. Just pastOkehampton at the top of a long hill, take the slip road signposted to Bude and follow signs to theA3072. On reaching a T-junction with the A39 at Stratton, turn right and follow the A39 for 100metres then turn left. After one mile, there is a crossroads near the village of Poughill (pronounced‘Poffle’), carry straight on and Wooda Farm Holiday Park is 100 metres further on, on the right.

Alternatively, leave the M5 at Junction 27 and follow the North Devon Link Road to Barnstapleand Bideford. On the A39, pass through Kilkhampton and after four miles you will see a fillingstation on the right. Take the next right.
