Marilyn is the Founder of Ramplin Capital, a global hedge fund consultancy that assists local and international hedge fund and asset manager clients raise capital, develop strategies, optimise operations, risk management solutions, OTC derivatives and investor due diligence. Ramplin Capital's global clients also include major investment banks, prime brokers, international regulators and asset allocators.

Charlotte is the Tongaat Hulett’s Human Resources Executive. She has served on various boards including the Institute for People Management South Africa where she was President and Chairman. She is a Board Member of Sasol Inzalo Public Limited. She was voted the Human Resources Practitioner of the year 2007 by IPM South Africa.

Imtiaz is the Founder, Director and Chairman of Gift of the Givers Foundation, the largest disaster relief organisation of African origin on the African continent. He qualified as a medical doctor at the University of Natal however he gave up his career as a medical doctor to pursue the field of humanitarian aid.

Beauty is a self-made woman and is the current African businesswoman of the year! She not only has wealth but also friends in high places. A personal friend of the President, as well as on Julius Malema’s speed dial does not detract from her caring and boisterous nature. With a nose for gossip and the inside line on everything from BEE to Zuma-gate, and stripes to checks, her sharp tongue is the perfect African vocal weapon, which she puts to good use both on stage throughout Africa and on Leading South African radio stations.

Lucille is registered at the South African Medical and Dental Council as a Medical Practitioner and a specialist in Radiation Oncology. She completed her MBCHB at University of Natal, Medical School in November 1988. She has done numerous guest lectures for medical students and health practitioners. She also does voluntary work at Highway Hospice, Durban.

Uraisha has been appointed as the new Go To Market Manager for Vodacom, KZN. Born and bred in KZN, Uraisha has over 16 years experience in marketing and brand strategy. Having started her career at Unilever, Uraisha also ran her own research and strategy agency for 5 years and won many business accolades including the Emergent Black Business Person of the Year with Nedbank and the PMB Chamber of Commerce. Most recently she was Head of Marketing at Godrej SA and Marketing Head of Zapper (Derivco).
