Women Warriors by Stella Valle is proud to partner with Fatigues to Fabulous by providing jewelry to homeless or at-risk Veteran women to help them re-acclimate back to everyday life. The inspirational words and phrases on Women Warriors jewelry remind the women to stay strong and confident during their transition. ��The sisters, founders, and designers of the line, Ashley Jung and Paige Walker, are women Veterans who strongly believe in helping women Veterans feel feminine and positive as they begin their new lives outside of the military.��“We know first-hand how difficult it can be to transition from the military to the civilian world. MATERIALS AND ORIGIN ��

Stella Valle is a socially conscious brand, using a socially conscious factory and suppliers to produce our jewelry in Mexico. We believe in using high quality metals and materials on all of our pieces so that they wear well! Women Warriors jewelry is composed of a brass plated in 18K gold, rhodium, or rose gold. After the pieces are plated, we apply a clear coating, called an e-coat, to preserve the plating and maximize the lifespan of the pieces. We also use Swarovski crystals in our jewelry. ��Keeping with the military inspiration behind the line, we’ve incorporated commercial grade parachute cord on some of the pieces. This heavy-duty cord was actually used on military parachute during World War II, and is still used today in the military to tie equipment together. ��

STANDARD CARE��

Women Warrior jewelry is 18K gold, rhodium, or rose gold plated brass with an e-coating to help protect the plating. While we pride ourselves in using the finest plating processes and materials to produce our jewelry, taking good care of the jewelry will help further the lifespan of the jewelry. Below are a few tips to care for Women Warrior jewelry ��§  Put your jewelry on last, and take it off first! ��

§  Store your jewelry in a dry, soft zipped pouch or seal it in an air tight plastic bag. Moisture can cause stones settings to deteriorate.��

§  Never wear costume jewelry in the shower or pool. Soaps, conditioners & other chemicals can discolor, dull, or cause pieces to fade.��

§  Avoid oils, lotions & excessive sweat, as the they can ruin the finish of your piece. ��

WARRANTY��The Women Warriors warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship only. Warranty covers manufacturer defects up to 12 months from the date the product ship to the dealer. Defects include but are not limited to clasp defects, broken chain, and missing stones. Retired items are not covered under warranty after 1 year of being retired. Any product returned under a defect RA will be inspected and evaluated by Stella Valle. If deemed defective, a credit will be applied to the dealer’s account. General wear and tear, and reasonable plating wear are not covered under the Women Warriors warranty.��


RETURNS��At Stella Valle, we take great pride in the design, workmanship, and quality of our products. We believe our customers will be very satisfied. We understand an occasional quality issue may arise resulting in the need to return product. The information below outlines Stella Valle policy and processes for returning Women Warriors defective merchandise.��•  Contact the Women Warriors sales representative and obtain a

copy of the WW Return Authorization form��

•  Complete form and email form to customerservice @stellavalle.com ��

•  Once return is authorized, send product within 3 business days in its original packaging. If original packaging is not available, the product should be identified with the product name, description, and product number, wrapped in protective packaging such as a small ziplock bag and packed in a sturdy envelope or box. Please do not ship product back in plain mailing envelope. Items should be sent via trackable method. If any return is received without original packaging, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to the Dealer’s account. ��

•  Once Stella Valle receives the returned product, it will be inspected to ensure the items meet the defective goods guidelines. Any items that are not defective, or were not pre-approved, when the return authorization was issued will be shipped back to dealer. ��

ABOUT STELLA VALLE��The designers, sisters Ashley Jung and Paige Dellavalle, knew their experience as West Point military cadets and U.S. Army Officers didn't make them the most obvious choices as chic arbiters of style. While they donned the drab, olive, camouflage fatigues that came with military life, their vision for life after the military remained lucid.��Founded in 2009, Stella Valle reflects the designers' pursuit to live out their lifelong aspirations in fashion and design despite their unique past. Capitalizing on their military background, they fused their mechanical training with a strong, diverse aesthetic sense -- And with the desire to create a brand that represented their innate sense of style and unique background came Stella Valle.��In May 2013, Paige and Ashley were featured on the ABC’s hit TV show Shark Tank. During the show, Stella Valle secured an investment and became partners with Mark Cuban and Lori Greiner. The support from Mark and Lori has helped propel the Stella Valle brand.��Just like the designers, the line perfectly marries masculine and feminine characteristics. The strong lines and geometric metalwork represent their strength and military past. These masculine design elements are balanced by feminine details and dainty crystals to portrait their inherent femininity and fashion future.��

The line was inspired by and designed for strong, creative women, who chart their own path, lead their own lives, and create their own history. The brand encourages women to express themselves by reflecting who they are and what they want from life. Stella Valle stands for seizing opportunities, taking risks, setting the bar high, persisting through obstacles and striving for excellence.��Like the designers themselves, Stella Valle brings to life a wicked mélange of edge and elegance all at once -- embracing a juxtaposition that connotes an unapologetic, liberated sense of one's own purpose and style.��


MEET ASHLEY & PAIGE��

Fashion Designers, Ashley Dellavalle Jung and Paige Dellavalle Walker are more than business partners; they are sisters living out their lifelong dream of designing an accessories line inspired by their military past and their adoration for fashion.

Born to the parents of Linda and Albert Dellavalle, Ashley and Paige were inspired by their parents’ entrepreneurial pursuits, hard work, and determination to better their social status. At an early age, the girls learned that determination, strength, and perseverance are important life lessons that lead to successful ventures.

On July 28, 1982, Ashley was the second girl to be born into a family that would quickly grow to four girls. Paige arrived October 29, 1987 as the last addition to a fierce foursome. Having sisters instantly created friendships, competitors, and closeness that was difficult to understand outside of this family. Their father, a well-accomplished baseball player and entrepreneur, quickly realized his alternative to a son would be four tough, athletic, competitive girls. Through a deep understanding of sacrifice, all the Dellavalle girls thrived in swimming. Spending hours upon hours in the pool training meant making decisions to miss many childhood dances, parties, and activities that their peers enjoyed. However, they knew these sacrifices would pay dividends in their future.

During high school, the benefit of hard work was evident as Ashley became one of the top swimmers in the Northeast and was heavily recruited to swim at many Division 1 colleges. The United States Military Academy at West Point approached Ashley during her junior year to swim at the Academy. Intrigued by the offer and honored to serve her country, Ashley made a decision that less than one percent of Americans make—to attend West Point and join the United States Army. This was more than a commitment to college; it was a selfless sacrifice and lifelong dedication to service and supporting and defending the United States.

Paige followed suit as one of the top swimmers in the U.S. During high school, Paige was plagued with repetitive shoulder injuries resulting in multiple surgeries. These set backs did not stop Paige from pursuing her love of the sport and her desire to return a better swimmer. Paige’s determination and maturity pushed her to make the difficult decision to leave high school early and to attend the United States Military Academy following her sisters Ashley and Kate.

Upon West Point graduation in May 2004, with a Business and Systems Engineering Degree, Ashley was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army. An accomplished Officer, Ashley was the fifth female in the entire Armed Forces to complete the Sapper Leader Course, the Army Engineers’ rigorous 30-day survival training course. In 2007, Ashley deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom for a 15-month life changing tour. It was in Afghanistan, after seeing how short life can be, that Ashley recognized the importance of pursuing your dreams.


Paige’s shoulder injury took her on a different path than Ashley. West Point decided that she was non-commissionable, meaning she couldn’t join the Armed Forces. This was bittersweet news for Paige. She felt cheated that after training 4 years at the Academy to be an Officer, she would not get to put her skills into practice. However, at the same time, she felt relieved that she could now start pursuing her passion in the fashion industry. Paige and Ashley knew there was no better time to pursue their dreams and start their fashion company, Stella Valle.

Ashley and Paige made the hard decision to land full time jobs on top of designing for Stella Valle so that they could take the experiences they learned in large successful companies and apply them to their own. Up early before work finishing projects, working late nights, and spending every waking moment on the weekends on Stella Valle did not seem like a chore, but rather a dream to do what they loved. As Ashley continued to juggle her management-consulting career at one of the largest and most prestigious consulting firms in the world, she brought strategic planning and an amazing creative eye to Stella Valle. Paige decided to transfer from her successful Telecommunications Sales Engineer career, where she was the youngest sales representative to be named to the billion dollar company’s President’s club, into designing and operating Stella Valle full time.

As the sisters brought their line to market, they knew they had a real natural talent for design when both Henri Bendel and Bloomingdale’s brought Stella Valle into their stores. It was at that moment, that Ashley and Paige knew they needed funding to grow Stella Valle. They took their unique story to Hollywood to share it with America on ABC’s hit TV show Shark Tank. Their Shark Tank segment aired in May 2013 during the show’s Season Four Finale, revealing that Ashley and Paige landed mega moguls, Lori Greiner and Mark Cuban, as their investors and business partners.

After partnering with Lori Greiner, the show’s warm-blooded Shark, the Stella Valle sisters and Lori designed a stylish, but affordable jewelry line called Women Warriors by Stella Valle. This team of three strong women envisioned the line inspiring millions of women around the world to strive to accomplish their dreams and goals. Drawing from military baubles and objects that the sisters once wore, as well as encouraging sayings and messages, the line includes both military-themed and inspirational jewelry. The line empowers women to be “warriors” for what they want in life and who they want to be through the strong design aesthetic and inspirational words and messages that accompany each piece. The Women Warriors line is currently sold on QVC and in specialty boutiques around the world, selling over 80k units in 2014 alone. The Stella Valle sisters worked hard to increase brand awareness by establishing relationships with some of the fashion industry’s top editors. By doing this, their jewelry has graced the pages of magazines such as Harper’s Bazaar, InStyle, Cosmopolitan, and People Style Watch, to name a few. Some of the most recognizable fashion bloggers have been spotted in Stella Valle jewels around the globe. One of the sisters’ proudest moments was watching their jewelry walk the runway at New York Fashion Week (NYFW) in Katya Leonvich’s fashion show. They hope to have a presentation of their own at NYFW in the future. Ashley and Paige started 2015 with the goal to gain a few recognizable retailers carrying both their Stella Valle and Women Warriors By Stella Valle lines. They are elated to announce that the Stella Valle for Target exclusive line will be launching on Target.com this coming Fall. Stella Valle will be one of the first jewelry line collaborations for Target. In addition, the sisters also confirmed a fall launch for their WW by SV line in their very own Army Airforce Exchange Stores (AAFES) on 43 military posts around the world. In addition, in 2015, the sisters achieved yet another dream. They were inducted as members of the Council for Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) along side some of the United State’s most well-respected and famous designers, to include Ralph Lauren, Marc Jacobs, Tory Burch, Kate Spade, Carolina Herrera, and many more!

The creation of Stella Valle has been an outlet for Ashley and Paige to take charge of who they are as women, designers, and entrepreneurs. They hope to inspire men and women to follow their dreams despite their background. The brand stands for taking risks, setting the bar high, and striving for excellence.

The future is bright for Stella Valle as they embark on the challenges of a growing business and hiring additional employees to conquer the dream of establishing Stella Valle as a household name brand.
