Unlike the Apple watch or the Samsung watch that need an additional cell phone to function the Dignity Watch is an actual cell phone, not just a Bluetooth attached device. The Dig-nity Watch is self-contained, and does all the functional activity by itself. Like any advanced Android smart phone the Dignity Watch is

capable of: Browsing the internet, watching and recording videos, email, text messaging, GPS navigation, File management, calculator, calendar, and of course the phone. That be-ing said, our device has an extreme amount of functionality and capability for its size. Our patent pending antenna technology is one of the enabling technologies that allows us to pack so much punch into a small form factor.

Our country has locked up a lot of people, with the number currently approaching 3 million. More than half are for non-violent offences, and petty narcotics offences. The new policy thinking is to release and monitor these non-violent individu-als, and the Dignity Watch Monitor will make this process safer while maintaining community confi-dence. Currently, ankle monitors are the primary monitoring tool being used, but these bracelets are hated by all, especially by brown and black citizens who view them as vestiges of slavery. Build first monitoring & data center.The building and demostration of our first data and control center is a critical piece of our business development. We have scouted serveral locations and are working with local governments for favorable tax treatment and other incentives for our placing our center and the resulting jobs in their location.

Patent protection offers Tech Fund 1 investors a substancial level of protection from competition and greater opportunities for profit. Here the parts of our technology that are patent pending.

Our goal regarding patents is to seek patent protection for the key enabling pieces of technology which differentiates our watch design from competing designs, and which introduce a competitive market advantage for our service offerings.

Our patent filings are seeking protection for methods, software, and device compo-nents. It is well known to those skilled in the art that the small size of a watch makes an-tenna technology critical, as the smaller an-tenna reduces the signal strength to reach cell towers. We have found a solution to put

the signal strength of our watch antenna on par with a mobile phone. We believe we will receive patent protection for this technology. We have designed a proprietary locking sys-tem for our watch for which we are seeking protection. We are also seeking protection for

an in the wristband pop-in battery for ex-tra power. Power re-straints are a key rea-son that todays smart watches are paired

with cell phones, so that the cell phone can handle the power hungry application tasks. The balance of our design used the most ad-vanced existing technologies combined with custom software.
