Townhomes are on the top two floors of a “Townhome & Flat” building. Featuring an elevated patio, residents have common areas downstairs with private bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. A comfortable bar area in each kitchen is a great feature in these units as well as a new loft-style staircase with room for seating or bikes beneath.

Flats are the entire bottom floor beneath two Townhomes. Comfortable patios and easy ground floor access are great benefits to these units. Floorplans have a centralized common area with private bedrooms and bathrooms surrounding it.
