Estimating Schedule Building Task Execution Task Delivery Billing

Assigning

Traffic reviews the task and

assigns based on expertise

required and current queue/

availability.

Client Success Manager (CSM)

creates an estimate.

Once Approved, the CSM builds out the project

schedule by entering tasks.

Depending on the project type, a

Work Back Schedule (WBS) is also created.

Resourcing

Traffic reviews the Staff

Schedule while working with the CSM to build or approve a WBS.

Team member follows their

queue priority and executes the

task.

Team member alerts the CSM

via a Conversation that

the task is complete,

depending on the type of work they

will upload a Deliverable.

When the project is approved by the client and

completed by the CSM, the project will appear on a

billing run and the client is invoiced.
