There are different tenant categories noted on the list, each with its own eligibility requirements and methods of calculating rent. Income, assets, allowances, and eligibility information must be verified from third-party sources. Certain properties serve only elderly, handicapped, or other special needs populations; these are noted. The apartment site manager can provide the specific program requirements. Lane County (Eugene-Springfield): $32,500 for 1 person, $37,150 for 2 persons, $41,800 for 3 persons.
