When cutting bakery goods, energy bars,
cheese, pizza, pies etc., the vibrating (cold!)
sonotrode reduces friction and cleans itself of
adhering product particles.
The results are clean and reproduceable cuts
without deformation or thermal degradation
of the product.
When cutting tire rubber or polyurethane belts
with ultrasonic knives smooth transitions are
achieved which help to minimize the danger of
unbalanced end products.
