The Inn at Newport Ranch is a new boutique property located in Ft. Bragg,

THE MAIN INN
Areas at the Main Inn include:
- Living Room with Fireplace- Dining Room- Library- Wrap-around porch- BBQ Terrace with built-in grill- Great Lawn
The Main Inn features indoor and outdoor areas available for your use. Our dining room, living room, and porches are
great spaces for casual entertaining and connecting with guests, family, friends, and colleagues.
THE NEWPORT ROOM
The Newport Room features:
- Sliding glass doors for outdoor access to tents for events over 56 people
- In-house audio system for plug & play music
- Spectacular views all-around
Located on the north side of the Main Inn, the Newport Room includes seating for 56 guests, and can be cleared for dancing and entertainment. This room doubles as our main
meeting space for corporate events.
THE GREAT LAWN
The Great Lawn features:
- Firepit Terrace with built-in grill
- In-house audio system with outdoor music capability
- Used with the Main Inn for indoor/outdoor entertaining
Situated between the Redwood House and the Main Inn, the Great Lawn is the perfect spot for hosting a picnic ,
barbeque, or any outdoor group activity.
COUNCIL BLUFFS
Council Bluffs features:
- Spectacular ocean views in a completely private setting
- Built-in firepit
- A short ATV ride from the Main Inn
Enjoy a sunset cocktail hour at one of the most beautiful locations on the Mendocino Coast. An on-site fire pit will
keep you and your guests warm and cozy
CELEBRATION POINT
Celebration Point offers:
- Amazing 360-degree views
- A short walk or ATV ride from the Main Inn
- A private oceanfront setting unlike any other on the Mendocino Coast
A spectacular setting for wedding vows and other special moments. Chairs or benches may be brought on site for
seating.

● Our max capacity is 100 guests● The maximum number of overnight guests is 35 adults● The Newport Room can seat 56 guests● We are a full-service event venue, including in-house catering,
bar services and event management● We can manage your event from beginning to end with our
in-house staff, including Event Manager, catering staff, set-up and breakdown crew, bartenders, and cleaning services during and after your event.
