Wireless Access Management Assignment The Role Access Delegation web application allows the Principal to assign individuals to manage wireless access. Adding a Wireless Access Manager (WAM)
1. Go to myPhilaSD at https://www.philasd.org/login/ 2. Login to the myPhilaSD Employees portal with your School District of Philadelphia
Username and Password. Click on the “Login” button.
3. Click on the Access Delegation icon in the Master Login site.

4. You will be directed to the following page.
5. Scroll down to the Wireless Access Manager
6. Choose the Access Manager by clicking on their name in the pop up menu on the left side of the window.

7. Select the access role from the pop up menu next to their name.
8. Click on the active “Submit” button
9. You will see the following screen. Click on “OK” to confirm you understand that it may take up to one business day for changes to be implemented.
! Important You must select “Both” or “Register Devices” in the “Select Role:” to allow the Wireless Access Manager to register devices or to reactivate devices.

10. The top left icon will change to a green check mark confirming your assignment of a Wireless Access Manager.
Removing a Wireless Access Manager (WAM)
1. Click on the Trash Can next to the access role to revoke a users wireless access privileges.
Adding a Wireless Access Manager that is not assigned to your school.
1. Choose “Other…” from the pop up menu on the left side of the window. Type in their email address in the text edit field “Enter E-Mail:”
2. Select the access role 3. Click on the “Submit” button
! Note The individual must be in the School District’s directory system to be able to manage wireless access.
