Construction is underway, units are being sold and new records are being set in the high-end market. Wire Magazine decided to have a conversation with J. Eddy Martinez and Roland Ortiz, founders of the successful Worldwide Properties, about the market, supply and demand and what’s hot in the once-again burgeoning industry.
