Vacation Care is available for all children, girls and boys from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6.
VACATION CARE
FEES
Payment for the Vacation Care program, including any additional costs for excursions and incursions will be debited from your nominated bank account or credit card through Xplor.
The cost each day will be $75 per child. Excursions and incursions incur an additional cost of $15 the daily fee and are clearly marked in the program.

HOW TO ENROL AND BOOK
• Please email [email protected] to inform us of your requested dates to check for availability
• To enrol, visit the Out of School Care page on our website.
• Download Xplor App and set up log in details
• Confirm your payments and details are current.
• Sign and return the Parent Agreement Form, Photo Consent Form, and Complying Written Arrangement if claiming Child Care Subsidy.
• Provide medical plans if required, and immunisation records.
• Bookings can also be made through Xplor Home app by selecting the dates and time (8-6pm)
Please note that for existing users of the OSHC program, you may already have an online account set
up. Please do not complete a new online enrolment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We do require 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation of a place at Out of School Hours Care or payment will be charged in full, unless a medical certificate is provided.
Due to COVID-19, Perth College reserves the right to cancel Vacation Care as required by the Government regulations at the time.

WHAT DOES MY CHILD BRING?
Children are required to bring their morning tea, lunch and a refillable drink bottle. Please ensure that you do not send your child with any food containing nuts this includes Nutella. Afternoon tea is provided.
Children must bring hat and comfortable, weather-appropriate clothes and enclosed shoes as we often have outdoor play. Please no flip flops or open sandals. Please pack spare clothes, especially if your child is in Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten or Pre-Primary.

M 6 July Australian Animals Discover more about our native Australian wildlife through crafts, yoga and games.
T 7 July NAIDOC Week CelebrationJoin us to learn and celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. We will walk and paint in nature, construct a mia mia, play traditional Indigenous games and learn a dance.
W 8 July NAIDOC Week CelebrationJoin us to learn and celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. We will learn Noongar language, create traditional musical instruments and find out more about bush tucker.
TH 9 July Sports Superstars Put your sneakers on and wear your favourite sports team shirt. We will be playing a variety of sport games and create a cheerleading dance routine.
F 10 July Bush BashLet’s go on a scavenger hunt and use what we can find in nature to create sand art and natures’ window craft.

M 13 July Winter Wonderland Experience a snowy winter day… make snowman or snowflake crafts and if you’re up for it, do a tandem ski challenge.
T 14 July Book Day – incursion: KaBOOM! ToonsDive into the wonderful world of books! Bring in your favourite book, dress up as your favourite book character and create your own comic book.
W 15 July Christmas in JulyCome for a winter Christmas celebration and wear your Christmas sweaters and outfits. We will play games and make decorations for your next Christmas.
TH 16 July Fairy tales – incursion: Freedom FairiesThe time has come to explore the fantasy land. Come dressed in a fairy tale or Disney costume and build a castle or search for treasures!
F 17 July Pyjama or onesie dayStay in your pyjamas and join us for bedtime stories and a movie.
