Modifiers can include adjectives, adverbs, phrases, and clauses

Modifiers should be located as close as possible to the word they are modifying in order to avoid confusion on what it is modifying

EXAMPLES

PASSIVE VOICE Passive voice is not always considered

an error. If the answer includes no other errors as
