Additional Information The Horta Osório Family cultivates the vineyard and produces its wine in the Demarcated Douro Region, the oldest demarcated and regulated region in the world, since the eighteenth century, being the oldest wine provider for a well-known Port Wine producer in the Region. In 1942, at only 11 years of age, the current owner, José António Horta Osório, planted the main vineyard at the “Quinta” property. He always maintained a close relationship with the vineyards, his great passion. After several decades, and with a path of success in the business area, José António Horta Osório also decided to focus his attention on this wine project. In 2008, following his motto “When we start to invest, we shall invest until the end”, he began the profound remodelling of the vineyard, expanding it with more land acquisitions, resulting in the “Quinta dos Osórios”, with 40 hectares. Until 2009 the production was distributed to wine cellars of the region. From the harvest of 2010 on, started the production of "Colheita 2010" the first wine of the “Quinta” to be bottled and distributed by Casa Agrícola Horta Osório, S.A. under the brand name H.O. Horta Osório Wines. In 2012, José António Horta Osório, built from scratch a new winery at his main “Quinta”. Equipped with the most modern winemaking technology, with an architecture of election that privileges local materials, namely shale, and its integration in the landscape. Built at the top of the mountain which integrates the “Quinta”, the winery enjoys a stunning view over the Valley “Serra do Marão” to the west and the Corgo River to the east.

Additional Information PORTUGAL PREMIUM is an umbrella brand for special Portuguese producers that want to have their vintage products, being presented and exported to the world. It is a networked partnership of Portuguese top producers, little known to the world, but with loads of quality. They are small to medium-sized producers, with high-quality products (already with International recognition), from some of the oldest regions in the world. Still little known and recognized by peers and consumers – the pearls to be discovered – they want to affirm themselves in the export markets and complementarily between them all. Recognition of specialized international press has grown. Portugal is now the beloved country of bloggers and "wine lovers" all over the world, by the diversity it offers and for being a country still undiscovered, thus the growing interest of importers and buyers all over. Portugal is home to a dazzling number of indigenous grape varieties (more than 250) that allow for the creation of supremely original wines. You’re looking at red grapes such as Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Baga and hundreds of others, and white grapes such as Arinto, Viosinho, Rabigato, Códega do Larinho and Gouveio, among many others. Portugal is now gushing with stunning wines—and yes, stunning deals. Portugal very likely now offers some of the greatest wine values on the market today. Premium-Quality positioning of Portuguese products, by name and by region, will clearly define the identity of the group: "The PORTUGAL Premium producers are the unknown pearls of Portugal, the secrets still hidden and undiscovered".

Additional Information Canals Munné is a "classic" cava producer located in Sant Sadurní d´Anoia, the heart of the D.O. Cava. It was founded in 1915 by Josep María Canals. Today, 100 years later, the company is still owned and managed by his family. At Canals Munné, we make efforts to promote the culture, traditions and gastronomy of the Penedés region. In fact, we run a restaurant in the old "cavas". Every weekend, we dedicate our menu to seasonal fresh products from local producers. We are make Reserva and Gran Reserva cava only, thus aged on their lees for 20 to 60 months. Bottles of all our cavas are numbered and marked with vintage year and disgorgement date. This information is essential, since cava is a “fresh” product, to be consumed up to the second year of disgorgement. That is why we disgorge in small batches. Canals &

Additional Information Located in Puisalicon, a small medieval village in the heart of the Languedoc, South of France, equidistant from the three towns of Béziers, Pézénas and Bédarieux, the Domaine BASSAC cultivates the estate as it has done with the same passion for several decades. The Bassac vineyards cover some 80 hectares (200 acres) consisting of a wide variety of soil types around Puisalicon. The varied and original mix of grappes at Bassac takes into account the specific nature of the individual terroirs –resulting from a combination of climate, soil and geographical situation. Because of our commitment to produce authentic wines that reflect their terroir and because we work with a respect for nature and for the subtle balance that alone enables the vine to grow in secret harmony with its soil, we have chosen to cultivate our vineyards organically. Our cellars, situated in the heart of Puisalicon itself, are housed in a traditional building that down the generations has been enlarged and continues to be adapted. Throughout the year the wines are treated with the utmost care. Blended, racked and clarified, they are then bottled on the estate using our own equipment. When the wines from Domaine Bassac fully achieve that special balance which is the true expression of the terroir, the vines and of the men and women involved, then that is when we are happy - happy to have you taste our wines, happy to have you share our passion.

Additional Information Resuming a lost long tradition of wine making in an area that has great potential to produce high quality grapes due to its specific microclimate, we intend to make wines with a unique character that fulfill our needs to escape from triviality and to capture the essence of our vision. The vineyard is situated in a region that is highly valuable for its landscape, beautiful mountainous countryside and characterized by its height (580m), cold winters with snowfalls, warm summers but cool nights, and high rainfall (500-1000 mm), unusual for this area. Our intention is to reinforce nature’s capacities to find a balance between fauna and flora and therefore making the vines more resistant and rigorous. Nature is the protagonist of the vineyard and the vines are steered by us just to maximize the quality of their fruits. The grapes, the primordial inspiration of our wines, are cultured and controlled by ourselves and therefore the production is maintained very low, with a vineyard of merely three hectares. The farm of the property, built in the 18th century, and belonging since four generations to the family, has been renovated after being empty for more than fifty years. It houses our winery and is always open for wine lovers, friends and family that want to share our intimacy and wines that have been produced with so much dedication and verve. Relishing the land and values of our ancestors, but at a time, working with the latest know-how, our main goal is to make wine that our children will enjoy within many years. When the grapes are harvested, the autochthonous yeasts do their work by transforming them into wine and our major task is to respect the grapes and wine by giving them time, rest and space to gain complexity. Therefore we select rigorously first quality French barrels of various suppliers to let each wine evolve its spirit and personality during more than one year. Afterwards, the bottle makes the wine unique. This is where a magical and fascinating process occurs expressing its specific character. Time tells us when the wine is ready to provoke a sensory and emotional experience, wanting to be a source of inspiration... Making wine is searching for harmony, finding a balance between: the past and the future, science and feeling, working hard and enjoying, nature and human influence, family and dedication… Sharing a table with Vino Sexto Elemento. Please do not make separate appointments but combine them into one meeting

Additional Information Monte da Capela is a portuguese wine producer based in Pias (Alentejo Region) from south of Portugal. The Pias wines have gained recognition in Portugal for being concentrated, both in color and fragrance. Our terroir is shaped by calcareous soils on steep hills, with low fertility, and the unique climate from Pias more specifically Moura sub-region (located on the left bank of the Guadiana River, the warmest region of Portugal). Our 55 hectares of vines are mainly producing local red varieties Aragonez (Tempranillo), Trincadeira, Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Alicante Bouschet. Delivering consistent quality and a good value for money for each of our bottle and Bag in Box turned Monte da Capela into one of the few successful recent Alentejo producers.
