The BC Ministry of Education requires students to write the following exams for graduation requirements:

Provincial Exam Scholarships

Provincial Exam Scholarship program is being phased out. The final allocation will be to the high school graduates in the 2015/16 school year (this program will no longer be available to current grade 11s)

In its place, 2 new BC Provincial Scholarships have been added starting with the graduates of the 2015/16 academic year (current grade 12s)

Program Students in Grades 11 and 12 can gain apprenticeship skills in plumbing, pipefitting, and sprinkler fitting while receiving secondary school credits towards graduation. Semester 1 – Full-time study at Sutherland Secondary School Students complete their BC Ministry of Education graduation requirements Semester 2 – Full-time apprenticeship training at the Squamish Nation Trades Centre Students complete their Level 1 Certification through Kwantlen Polytechnic University
