• Windchill has built in workflow features and the RPPA process depends on routing

Requests may be initiated and forwarded to engineer to add parts. The engineer will receive an ‘Additional Creators’ task

Add drawing and any other attachments at the bottom of each part detail page. If plant response is required, add Plant routing.

When all responses are received, and the cost analyst attaches the financial summary, the requester receives a task to review and accept.

Roll out date will be announced as soon as buyer training is complete. (targeting late September.)
• Once the new system is launched, the old Seatbelt RPPA system will no longer accept new requests.
• To report technical problems with PCS, call ext. 3000 or email the NASC. Be sure to mention Windchill PCS and include the error message or a screen shot of the problem.
