Secure your home for the holidays!

Tis the Season to get robbed…. So here are a few tips on how to help prevent you from becoming a victim if you are planning an out of town trip.

*Keep back gates padlocked; install motion-sensitive lights in backyard and on your front porch as well. Be sure to keep your shrubbery well trimmed so that no one can hide with in them.•Keepalightonandusetimerstokeepyourhouselitinaroutine

this newsletter and can be downloaded @www.winchestercountry.org ). Again if you have a trusted neighbor let them know your plans so that if they see unusual activity it can be reported immediately. •Donothavemaildeliveredoryournewspaper(thatisaRobber

a Safety deposit box. (This is such a nominal fee for such important items).

Even if you take every precaution, your house could be burglarized. So please take note and prepare your home so that you can enjoy where ever you might be traveling to. AND….. Do not forget to put that trusted neighbor on your Christmas list. That is a lot of responsibility being a trusted neighbor.
