How do you define the PAUL Experience: For those with the entrepreneurial spirit, it’s a business plan competition and a social innovation challenge – with more than $100,000 in cash and other prizes. It’s a semester in Boston or New York working for a start-up or a high-powered investment firm. It’s combining an interest in nutrition with sustainable food practices through a degree in ecogastronomy. And for all, the FIRE program encourages first year students to hit the ground running.
